Weight out of Range Error

Symptoms

• Accurate weight has been entered into GUI

• Weight entered is within the acceptable range

• A “Permissible values for weight are in range of 2.2 to 500.45 lbs” error appears on the console

• Unable to continue your session

Solution

• When you click “Start Exam” and receive the weight error, an entry is created for your session in the “work list” tab

• Double click the new entry in the work list

• The “Start Exam” button will become active again

• Click “Start Exam”
